Searching PLANETZ database I have found that (I am not sure) Pulsar 1 SPDIF is optical. What is this exactly? Can I connect RCA SPDIF from any S/PDIF compatible device to Pulsar 1 SPDIF and work correctly or do I need another connector/converter. Actually I need S/PDIF OUT from Behringer DDX3216 to Pulsar 1 S/PDIF IN for mix down. My Behringer DDX3216 has standard RCA S/PDIF.

Pulsar one has RCA but it isn't exactly fun if you use it together with the Adat ports.
You might run into trouble between Adat and S/PDIF sync - at least I did.
It was so wiered I didn't even try to understand what was going on.
I use an old Korg 168 digimixer as an 'extension' of SFP.
It replaces the on-screen mixer by Adat connections going to and coming back from the Korg and is an essential part of the setup.
When adding an audio cd player via S/PDIF trouble started...

Hmmmmm,
So do you think that Pulsar S/PDIF is unstable or bugy, or maybe SFP 3.1 c solve this problem?

BTW. The most important to me are another 16 ADAT channels. I have Pulsar 2 allready but with AES/EBU digital I/O. The question is:

Can I mix down my material (Cubase SX) out from my digital Behringer DDX3216 within DDX3216 FX to ADAT IN using diferent modules wiring, like ASIO SOURCE to ADAT DEST module, whatever, Puolsar 1 or Pulsar 2 wired with STDM cable?

no, I don't think Pulsar One's S/PDIF is unreliable, though the implementation in Pulsar Two is better.
The problem comes from the S/PDIF definition itself, that the sender must be master and receiver slave (basically) which may conflict with the Adat sync settings.
There should be only one master clock in a digital system.
Does 'another 16 Adat channels' mean you want to replace the IO inface of the Pulsar Two ? I don't see any problems in routing between Adat and Asio channels in SFP. Works great here and may be considered as one of the main features of Pulsar.
The only thing to keep in mind is that a round-trip SFP-> mixer-> SFP via Adat takes 20 samples delay (on my sys with 48khz).

Don't replacing Pulsar 2 ADAT channles. I need 32 ADAT channels totaly.

I never tried to make mix down from external mixer within FX to Cubase SX using ADAT channels, so I don't know is it possible. I can't remember but I think two months ago I have tried to make mix down from DDX3216 via ADAT to Pulsar IN but no sound.

What do you mean?
1) Wrong wiring in SFP
2) Wrong routing in DDX3216?

I read your other post again:
so you would (already) have 32 Adat channels if the Pulsar One would work together with Pulsar Two, but for some obscure reasons it refuses to do so.
The working configuration is the Pulsar Two together with the XTC.
Then you'll need an IO interface with Adat for the XTC, which you probably know.
I never had my hands on the Behringer, but I remember from the reviews, that one could route basically any channel anywhere.
Possibly just difficult to find with so many options. It's a versatile and powerful mixer, so don't give up just because you missed it at the first try.
There's certainly a multi-channel recording bus you can route to an Adat out.
I find SFP routing easier to understand because of the better overview, so it's more likely to make a mistake on the external mixer.
