TL-Audio 2051 indigo series - tube pre/comp/eq

hi,

recently saw a TLA 2051 for $450 (2nd hand) in a shop.
I couldn't figure out the most recent regular price, but for a 3 stage valve unit it seems decent.
Any comments on the thing ?

i had TLA 2051 before but i sale them and i can't remember which price was, but for sure was less than 450$ - maybe about 400dm

anyway, 450$ seems to me ok

now i use 2 x tla vp 5051.

I've had the unit over the weekend and returned it to the shop. Unfortunately I couldn't set up a good test environement due to some other work, but the EQ section seemed very noisy to me, possibly worn out tubes (?).
The follow-up vp 5051 you have is more versatile and sells for just below $700 new, so the price seems a bit high indeed.
