ASIO:System Overload with Logic Platinum 5.5

ASIO:
System Overload.
The audio engine was not able to
process all required data in time
(-10011)

When playin Audio for about 30-60sec I am getting this error! even when I only use 5 Audio tracks, I used to use about 20 Tracks and had not any problem, but since I upgrade my system I am getting this problems
Anyone could help

Put each HDs as masters on separate IDE channels. Make sure no background applications are running when playing back tracks. Your Sequencer is seeing something using resources.
post some more info of your system's config.

is dma enabled?

Larger disk buffer in the asio setup.

Ana the process buffe size ( i use jumbo )
