Doesn't anyone have an STS sampler wired to Logic as a Midi

Talk about the STS series of Creamware samplers.

Hi, i'll try to stay simple, so here it goes:

pulsar midi src -> sequencer dest 1
sequencer dest 1 -> sts midi in
sts output L + R -> any stm1632 stereo channel in
stm1632 mix L + R output -> pulsar analog dest (or any other output that goes to your monitoring system

Then in Logic, create a midi track, make sure the selected driver is 'creamware midi 1'
Select a channel (midi channel 1 for example)

In STS load a program, and set it to channel midi 1 also...

Select the track you just created in logic, then play with your keyboard... You should see in the transport window of logic the notes your playing in the 2 row showing there (midi in & midi out)

You should now be playing your sts...

This is the basics... If you can't do this, try again, and come back here, and explain what you've done so far...

Hope this help a bit... :smile:

Ciao!
