pulsar3? for me it's a previous version of Pulsar software it can be also a future release of Pulsar 3 board, though. Which answer you choose? But seriously... As Immanuel said - you should be more precise.

as of now, Pulsar 3 was the pulsar software version before it turned into Scope Fusion. And we're all hoping we'll see actual generation 3 cards in the near future.
