where can I get sfp 3.1b?

I need to devolve a bit back from 3.1c secondary to unsolvable quirkyness and am wondering if anyone knows where I can get a copy of SFP 3.1b. Are there any reasons to worry about getting 3.1b, or should I just use 3.1a?

Forget 3.1b. Install 3.1a and update to 3.1c

If you collect all version (like collecting rare stamps) then you obviously should find it. Otherway there's no need to worry.
