Turns out this is from a group called "the laziest men on mars".

Apparently, the voices in the video are samples from a video game called "Zero Wing" which featured a very poorly translated version of the original Japanese script. Too funny!

I've seen a better video (I don't remember the artist's name, though) - you are sitting by a fast train window and the view outside changes to the rhythm of the music!!!!! I have to add I'm a railway model fan...
