SFP 3.1, Gigastudio 2.53, XP,... help (updated)

I'm running scope 3.1 and have a pulsar 2 and Luna 2. Also I have gigastudio 2.50.

My problem is this: In gigastudio it doesn't reconize my creamware cards as GSIF cards. In the hardware/routing section I can't get pulsar 2 to be found. I can run midi from SFP to giga no worries. But I can't run the audio in SFP becasue giga will not ouput to SFP. Everything is pluged in fine. I get level in giga fine, but it won't come though to the GSIF source in SFP.

What OS? XP?

Need giga 2.51 minimum for it to work under W2K or XP...

XP pro with the lastest updates.
Gigastudio 96 v 2.50

I'll try and update it. But are you sure this will fix it?

Downloaded Giga v2.53 and it didn't help.

Gigastudio will not reconize my creamware cards as GSIF compatibale. I run the tests in giga and it will not detect the pulsar 2 as a GSIF card. It picks up the midi and wave driver info, but no GSIF.

Please HELP if you can.

I'm running SFP 3.1c and GigaStudio 2.5x together on my pc with XP and it works well,
but with different cw-cards (Pulsar I, Scope SRB).
Maybe a silly question, but do you do start SFP first, open a project with the gsif-module connected to a mixer and afterwards start GigaStudio ?

Yes I do everything right. SFP first, loading GSIF souce into mixer. Then start Gigastudio. Then I try everything else.....

I really don't know what else to to. I'm Downloading 3.1c now. But I don't think that will fix it.

Anyway please tell me more about your giga set-ups. In the hardware/routing section of giga. I can't seem to get pulsar as a GSIF card.... ???

I finally got it working.

Here's what I did.

1)Updated to SFP 3.1c
2)Uninstalled Gigastudio *RESET computer*
3)Ran Scope (Gigasampler preset)
4)Installed Gigastudio *RESET computer*
5)Ran Scope (Gigasampler preset)
6)Ran Gigastudio..... AND IT FINALLY FOUND my pulsar 2 as a GSIF card..........

WOO00 what a GIGA experince!!!!!

FINALLY............. I'm never going to sleep again, cause i'm having soo much fun.
