sfp 3.1 strange behavior

When i load up a cubase based project, hit play in cubase everything sounds okay.......
but, when i press the stop button once, i cant play again. When i press start again no sound, no lights in meters, no midi, no nothing.
what the fuck is going on????
I have never had this problem before.....
hope anyone can help!

Experienced the same a couple of times last days. In my case, I suspect VSTi (Fruity Multi). There seems to be a Transport problem.

Do you use plugin sequencers? Fruity or Rewire stuff?

No i only use cubase v5r3 and some vst instruments, and the problem just popped up all of a sudden, and now its there, even when i load up my backup off the cubase project from yesterday..
