Now I have a P4 2.4Ghz I feel it sounds better than before.
Is it me or am I imagining it?

Its entirely possible that your motherboard is better designed so it doesn't give off as much EMI emissions/ interference.
I know for a fact the faster and powerful computers get with higher frequencies etc, the more design effort that has to be put it to curbing these emissions, just to meet safety guidelines.
Your psu is probably new to Power the P4?
SO that may also be better designed as well.
All of these things are bound to have an effect on the sound quality to trained ears.

My ears aren't trained but I can pick up things.I use to get interference on mixers with analog ins,but they have seem to gone now.Things sound more spacious and crystal now,and that's with just analog!On 2002-09-22 15:26, remixme wrote:
