Sorry if the updates for my plugins have stopped after a flurry of activity earlier this summer. I have some excuses though.

excuse #5:
is that i decided to do a virus check on my music PC and discovered it had some ancient virus that had infected every single EXE that i had run for a year. It only infects EXE files so any neutron devices are safe (i checked to make sure) This was a HUGE surprise to me because the only thing i do on the internet is windows update on that machine. everything else is downloaded on my main computer (which has a checker) and then run over the network.

anyways I had my scope folder backed up but i have to reinstall SFP and all my other programs.I decided to reorganize my setup so that machine is out of commission at the moment anyways.

excuse #4: we are getting a nice extended summer and i have projects going on my house. I have to finish them before snow or it will be a mess.

excuse #3:
I have Acid 4.0 (just on my main computer for now) and i have been learning how it works and what softsynths will behave with it. (some are not so happy)

excuse #2: I am building this thing. It works as a 3rd monitor on my Music pc and second on my main one. i use it for little side programs such as Coolmon, winamp and instant messengers on my main PC and on music PC i like to put a soft synth there right above the drehbank to control it.

Rack LCD + VFD

Ok sorry about the crappy pictures, my Friend borrowed my real camera

This is a sharp 5 1/2 LCD 640x480x4096 colors which just fits in a 3u rack space.
I just used an old matrox PCI card on each machine with a KVM slaved to my main KVM to control it, it does not noticeably slow down my AGP cards, and games and music programs still work fine (re-verb test to come).

where there is a hole will be my BGmicro VFD
(a com port controlled display from main PC showing if i have mail, messages, news etc)

I will be putting smoked plexi over the whole thing so it will look much nicer. just a black space when it is off, and only the things lit up behind it will show up.

It is rare to find a person excusing himself for taking a brake from giving things for free to unknown people.

It is good to see that you have had good use of your time though  Be well, and thanks for all, that is already there.

Here's another Batlefield 1942 addict. Especially now I've got the retail version. Maybe I'll see you around on a BF server. I guess it would be cool to hunt down some fellow pulsarians

cheers,

Great LCD project, might have to be a copycat, I think.

How much did the LCD cost?
