Hi all, I never deprecated Cloudflare to free, I started covering those costs as of June. Also, I have a local LLM harness (Pi) that helped me implement a few extra checks, since AI is moving fast I've been able to move that workload off of the more expensive OAI/Anthropic plans over to an open weights model that is about 1/100th the cost (this month we had many good models that are on par with what the high end was a few months ago). So, that was running another $20/mo but I have that cost down to about $0.87/mo as of today.

However cloudflare is absorbing about 40% of the traffic that would otherwise hit us, so I want to keep that on the paid plan. If anyone wants to help throw a few bucks into the coffer to help cover those costs, it would be appreciated. Use the "Donate" button at the bottom of the page, or see this thread for more info
