thank you very much for taking the time and diving in so deep into the manuals!
Only: the Pulsar 1 is 4 DSPs.

The interesting part is your third screenshot.
I dont know wher you got it from.

Anyways, for the moment 8 ADAT should be enough. I will try the others later.
This evening i want to sync the two PCs.

Spotted that correctly again!!
...so we can be extremely happy again that our beloved CW 4DSP Pulsar 1 board is still supported, pure madness!!

Note: More than 16 ADAT channels for 1x Pulsar 1 aren't possible. Please ignore the suffix "A" in the HW IO device name!
The same goes for Midi IO. Here the suffix "A" only matters for Scope 24ADAT with 2x Midi!

Tip: Right-click on the device to open the info menu. Here you can connect and see the hardware assignments

It’s also possible to connect 2 Scope systems on the same machine. I had XITE and PCI cards on same machine - each running their own instance of Scope - connected via SMUX ADAT then also with AES/EBU later on.

Yes, you are right ( i guess). I mean i am quite sure, but after a severe collapse of my system,
i did not continue testing, but rather be lucky for what i have. Becaus i am not sure if the ADAT thing, my drivers or something else cuased the collapse.
So i am ok with having 8 ADATS now (in fact 6. But i will write about it in another thread).

I managed the connection of the two computers and after that also keep them in sync with Cubase.

Why do you do that?
Because it provides more channels this way?

More DSP power, and buying an Xite only to find out you could still use your PCI cards in the system still too.
