You cannot buy there unless you have an account you need a valid german phone number for.
But these devices don´t go quick and will pop up on ebay.de sooner or later too.

Yes checked out that site , can't register there because my country is not in their list , as you said ... how silly of them , I would have bought one straight away.

This german "craig list" belongs to ebay !
Bookmark the items and then monitor ebay.de and ebay.com for entries,- and if some appear, compare.
Used Noahs are rare meanwhile, but demand is limited to customers knowing what SCOPE is,- so, when no one buys quick, these items will be on ebay for auction soon too.
