I would like to create a AC-3 decoder for SFP. The mediastream exist with the WDM driver and with the digital wave source module in pulsar. And the open source of the "Waveformatextensible" is create and open by microsoft.

And i think it´s not a problem the media stream to extendit in a wave form.

But my problem is to a create a module for the SFP. Where can i find a programm for this.
Scope/DP doesn´t exist.
Where can you help me?

The reason why this doesn't exist is that you must pay Dolby a licensing fee for any implementation that decodes their stream.

Check out some of the licensing breakdowns here:

Fun?

Thanks sub for your info!

I hope, i´m not stupid, but the stream comes from a Dolby or DTS certifications DVD Software (WinDVD has the DTS and the Dolby licence) or a DVD Player. Whenn the stream encrypt from the DVD, than is the stream from Dolby or from a DTS DVD the same. The licence must have and has the software and/or the player.
What i will do is encrypt the stream in a seperate audio stream with 8 channels. And the adress of the channels is known. And i think, i must not a licence for this, then i say not, is is a original Dolby or DTS decoder, when it is also.
