What does the floppy disk power drive connector do?
Does Z-link need extra power?

One of the ADAT ports would need power, the Z-Link would make sense too given the fact that it uses Firewire. There's a lot of buffering and a fair sized chip sitting on that card.

Gary, will that ZLink plate connect to an Xite?

i don't think it's a good idea. i believe the Z-link connections have power. they do on the Luna Expansion for sure.

Even if Z-Link would allow some scope/xites to connect: Is there a Slave-mode in Z-Link ?
(My A16u doesn't allow slave in Z-link-mode)

Glad I put that out there. I don't have a need, but since this plate isn't moving that question would have come up eventually.
