Recently one of my Pulsar 2 cards started showing communication errors when opening SCOPE software and I am unable to fix it, so I am looking for a replacement.

Could you let me know if you are willing to ship to the Netherlands and what the price would be (for both cards if your are not willing to sell only the Pulsar 2 card)?
