sfp and dvd 5.1

how can i see the 5.1 channels of a dvd video on the sfp routing window? (with pc's dvd rom and a dvd player software)

You can't. However you can use AC3 passthrough via the SPDIF w/ a Dolby Digital receiver that decodes this.

Or, if you're making your own surround from your own material - you can use the Surround Mixer and output 5.1 from that mixer, record it/encode it into 5.1 using an external program and burn that.
