I had problems with Creamware support before (see "support" in this forum).

Now I feel like I am locked out of the online-support, too:

"No connection to database.
New threads Thread Author Date/Time Re
No connection to database."

That's the message I get when I want to log in to the forum with my password, which worked before.

They do not let me see "Meine Seite", also:

"(ERROR: [DBNMPNTW]ConnectionOpen (CreateFile()).)

Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: [DBNMPNTW]ConnectionOpen (CreateFile()). (Error 16389)"

Did anybody make similar experiences?

Or is it a general problem with the site and I should not take it personal? (it worked until yesterday)

Any hints to other support-sources for Creamware Luna II are welcome.

Satisfied Creamware-customers please send a message!

I am some kind of disapointed from the Creamware support.

This could be reason enough to get rid of that card.
They know that I feel so, but never wanted to take back the card, although.

Maybe someone knows what I could do?

Maybe somebody wants to buy it from me?

Greetings from
Grabie.

Yo,

seems the site works again.

My problem with the Luna II is the support.

The card/software got some mistakes (screensets change, no connection cable for 2nd Luna, problems to get 2nd soundcard (midi, CD-Audio connection) working, problems with multiboot-system (Boot/partition-magic)).

Creamware does not even help with workarounds.

Greetings
Grabie.
