Is there a Midi device you can change incoming CC channels?
I get CC #88 but I want to change it to #110 in real time. Is there a device that can change this on real-time?

maybe spacef's cc x2 can do the trick.
But I don't know where to get it.

BCmodular midi modules collection are able to do this too. Actually, it allows any midi tweaking like converting midi CC into any other, but converting modulation signals into midi CC too, thanks to 'BCM' modules, and a lot of other things !
But the best thing to do is to use the DAW, as much as possible, to process midi data and to send as few as possible into Scope. Because too much midi data in Scope ruins its performances and generates a lot of midi jitter.
