Hi Pulsarians,

I tried the demo of Optimaster intensively and must say that I can get better results with the DirectX Plugin "Ozone" for 99$.

Any other opinions?

I like Ozone´s "multiband harmonic exciter".
But don´t like the "compressor/limiter", "loudness maximizer" too much. The "multiband harmonic exciter" function can only be found elsewhere in the "Drawmer DC2496" finalizer and is a very good feature for simulation of analog consoles that have more depth and clearity than digital consoles. A really unique feature is the "Alt" + "mouse-click" featur of the EQ section, which lets you hear the selected fequency in isolation. This feature would be a great addition to our CW console enviroment...

As for the comparison, I still have not downloaded the new OS whith it´s new plugs, so I can´t tell...

Regards,
Sunshine
