CC remapping tool for SFP?

I have a really neat midi controlled analog wah, but it's params are hard wired to some weird CC's. Is there a CC remapping module I can use to have all activity piped in on say, CC-11, get output as CC-7 (or similar --you get the gist)?

it's usually easiest to do this in the sequencer, monitoring through a midi channel, but i think that Wolf had a midi toolbox with that. Mehdi(SpaceF) may have also made that.

I believe Cyprox by djmicron could do it, but it's not online anymore. should be on a HD somewhere, I'll let you know.
