if someone have a scope pro 15 dsp with 5.1 os , classic i/o (16 adat ) and 4 tdm câbles.

I wish you luck, but it will be hard to get a 15 DSP card for that price. I paid $600 US for each of my Power Pulsars with no software. Software alone is 200 Euro. STDM cables are expensive to make. I think it cost me around $150 to make 5 of them. The 3M connectors are not cheap...

You might be able to find an SRB for 500 Euro though...

That's where I got my power pulsars from (on eBay). That's probably one of the cards I have right now. No software. Plus shipping and duties/taxes.
