WPCREDIT and WPCRSET okay with windows XP?

Did somebody try? Which other tweaks are available for via chipsets and windows xp?

Wpcredit works, but wpcrset, didn't seem to apply my settings.

To change pci latency, may I recommend a tool called powertweak, find details and usuage in my via guide here;
