I don't know man. The past few months have been weird for me in regards to customer support. I've tried to contact a number of companies for tech support or various other things via email. No one responds to email requests (except Gary - he's way cool :-) ). It makes you wonder why they provide email links for information or support in the first place. Phone sometimes isn't much better. I don't even want to get into my last phone calls to Comcast for customer support. Horrid. Weird way to run a business. I run a business too. I respond to ALL emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

I wrote an email to them pointing to your problem and they returned to me within two hours.
They said that they moved servers last week and didn't get all emails because of that.
They ask you to send an email to support A T ferrofish D O T de so they can help you.

yeah perhaps - I had email contact with them from a couple of years ago from the same address. But I'll try another email account as a last resort. I suppose I could just call them too.

Trying to get an A16 Ultra repaired. Has anyone ever gone to them for A16 repair in recent days? They were still offering repair service a couple of years ago. Wasn't sure if they were still doing that or not. I may have pushed the envelope as far as I can with this older Scope stuff lol.

Front End Audio has some laying around.
Just verified that last week.
Settled for the ADA8200 for live work and it sounds so much better than the older POS ADA 8000. But for recording the Ferrofish ADAT is the best choice and I can't wait to see what they're making now.
Jurgen never pleas to a lesser charge.
