seems to be, not that there's anything i can do from here.
there's no bad reason for it that i know of, perhaps it's been hacked, or perhaps there's maintenance being done on the server, or perhaps there are some new additions to the site. i'll write to Holger.

it's not down because of anything on our side, so it must be a problem with the host. Holger knows now, so the situation will be fixed.
