Who could give us the tgsxsnapshot128.dsp file ? I wanted to use 'Catcher' from GOST but the dsp file is missing and I don't find it on my computer. I've found a tgsxsnapshot128.sys file but no .dsp.
Maybe this device cannot work on a 64bit OS ?

yeah, it's an sys file that you need. i don't know if there was ever a 64bit version of that file.
