Not Pulsar related, but you may be interested that Brandon Daniel, R & D at Korg has recently released 'The Matrix' - a Modular synth for the Oasys soundcard.

It's nothing like as fully featured as the Pulsar Modular, but I'm looking forward to installing it and trying it out. Good to see that development continues for this card, albeit unofficial.
