Uploading to the Music Forum

I would like to upload a couple of tracks to the music forum so that you young 'uns out there can constructively fall about laughing at an old man's attempt at dance music (or even make a nice comment or two).
I'm using Cubase 5.1 to export audio and as this is my first attempt at making up an MP3, I have a couple of questions:
1: What settings should I use to export for this forum?
2: As per CAPO's question - is there a size limit (the trax are about 5-6 minutes long)?
3: The biggest question is - how do I upload to the forum?

Prepare yourselves for the most ghastly beginners attempt at music!

1. - mp3,128kbps,layer III will do
2. - 5 - 6 m should be ok
3. Music forum/post new file, and wait
