I have 2 x Pulsar II (and will probably get another 6 or 14 DSP) but I cannot place an order for the new software until either Tuesday (Australian time) or Wednesday.
So long as I pay for it before the special ends, there is no problem actually getting "the goods"?
I have my serial number(s) now and I can see a section "Software Serial no." and "Activation Key" so can these be entered multiple times, i.e. if and when I re-install Windows XP > 7 and Windows 7 > possibly 8 or just a refresh of 7 when it inevitably goes down?

the keyfile is made from the serial number and then it's good forever. keyfiles get made during regular business hours in the LA area, pst, as all keys are generated manually.
at one time, Creamware did have an automated delivery system for keys, but that was destroyed by hackers long before Creamware went out of business.
be sure to make multiple backups of the keyfile and store it off of the PC. it belongs to the card and should always follow the card, whoever the owner of the card is.

I just sent an email in reply to you and got an automated message, so I guess you likely do more "support" via informal channels like this forum.
Anyway, the order is sitting in my cart, awaiting payment (thanks for lining that up at the correct price).
I just checked my account, while there is a place for a (single) serial number, multiple numbers cannot be entered.

S|C has no control over what's in the cart before the order is completed. only you know what's in the cart.
if you purchase one upgrade, you only need one serial number.
no, i do support via the support email, mostly. i don't necessarily answer immediately, since i also do other things like eat, sleep, etc...
