Miniscope transparent GUI

Post by YiannisK »

Since upgrading to 5.1 a few months ago with the NSA special, I never loaded a few things.
Last night I was trying to find a sound with minimal dsp usage so I started loading different synths.
Once I got to the miniscope, the synth was transparent. All the bottoms and rotary knobs are there but no background GUI. Also the MiniscopeII? I think it's called has the same problem?

Everything works but it's a pain trying to use them and also there is no way to grab and move the synth.

Anyone else have this bug or just me?

yes it's a bug, you can use the miniscope hummel which is an improved version of it.

There is an active thread in the devices section, where you can download it.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

SC should fix this liitle bug though!
Then again I'd rather they spend their time with scope6!

I asked the same question a few years ago, and it was commented that the MiniMax replaces the miniscope. Basically, the miniscope probably should have been removed, but was probably "maintained" for the sake of old projects.
