Difference between scope 4.0 and scope 4.5 keys ?

I'm just selling a pulsar 2 xtc card, and I'm sure that I got a 4.5 key.
But when I open the skf file from 2003, and a rgy file from 2007, it shows "scope software 4.0".
Should I see 4.5 instead of 4.0 for scope 4.5 ?
I've upgraded an oldest pulsar 2 card at this time from 4.0 to 4.5 by buying the xtc one, but for the 2 cards I only got "scope software 4.0".
I think the rgy file from 2007 is the one for 4.5 software. It doesn't have exactly the same codes for apps than the skf file.
Is it 4.5 ?

the software is the same.
v4.5 was just a repackage offering more plugins.
