A Sicilian dish my mother makes where Broiled Lobster + Drippings goes into a cream sauce, then poured over the Hot Sausage, w/ extra Fennel Seed and Fettucine.
Can't get enough of that stuff......
Question to the French speaking: what's with a l'anglaise?
