Do I need to check both the 'phase comp' boxes in the scope mixer or only 1 is sufficient ?
Like in my projects I check all the phase comp is it necessary ?
Thanks

phase compensation assures you that all of the mixers inputs are in phase. this may or may not matter. hardware consoles are not this phase accurate. it uses a bit more dsp, but i always turn phase compensation on. if you don't hear a difference, it may not matter at all to you.
ok thank you Gary, if I decide to record the mix of the STM1632 by the micromixer there are 2 phase comp in cascade, is it a pb ?

no.
all phase compensation means is that if you put a signal into multiple channels of the same mixer, all inputs will be in phase. there's nothing done to the signals except for a few samples delay to keep all the signals time aligned. once the signal is inside the mixer, compensation does nothing. connecting multiple mixers has no effect from the phase compensation from mixer to mixer.
