Fine tuning knob movements?

Hey.... is there no way to do small changes on knobs instead of the way it works now? Its not very great not having anything inbetween 0 and 50ms. attacks in ADSR and such. I wish it was like in ProTools, holding down ALT when turning knobs/faders will let you do fine adjustments... Cant really believe this hasn´t been incorporated yet.

click on the knob and move the <b><i>left and right arrow buttons</i></b> on your keyboard to adjust the knob in 1024 steps. works fine here

also - the further diameter you move the cursor arrow away from the knob after you click on it and hold, the finer the adjustment. also, page up/down increwases/decreases in 1 unit increments. there is something on this topic in th tips and tricks section. . .
