routing window presets

PROJECT PRESET LIST is a very handful way to store presets.
but cannot store loading synths or routing windows changes.

is there a way i can store presets for the loading of synths? except "Project save as".
I have read threads on this but i am not sure about the most easy and useful ways.

The fact that i do not like saving projects is that there is always the need to reload all the asio engine...
stm mixers presets are really nice but work only for effects....

Snapshots only.
In other words you need everything loaded. then Project Preset List will store and recall.
You can re route audio and MIDI by using switchers and MIDI routers attached to each Seq Source and Dest, and also Scope MIDI SOurce & Dest.

Can a synth, if loaded into an insert slot of a modular (if that's possible), change based on a preset?

i can live without it.
file browser drag n' drop is very useful. too bad synths cannot be loaded with assignements ready loaded without entering presets menu.
