license transfert PCI cards

Is transfert of licenses (from a luna) to another customer still possible ? How much euros ?

1) I would transfert all the licenses from my luna to my pulsar
2)try to find a new luna and transfert the licenses from the other customer to my account

Do you think Sonic still assures these operations ?

They accept that I sent to them the old luna for the transfer. Good news.
