Hello fellow Pulsar users,
Can someone suggest a good way to get Sonic Core's attention?
I purchased items from their online shop on Dec 24. I registered on their website, sent my allkeys file, and waited. My Paypal shows payment was made. After over 30 days I have received no response from Sonic Core except for the automated "we got your email and will respond as soon as we can". I've sent emails to "register" and "support" and got no replies.
Is there a magic email address to use in these situations or would it be best to ask Paypal to intervene?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
thanks
Frank

Re: How does one get Sonic Core's attention?
I can tell you I ordered from the website last night, and had the new keys waiting for me in my mail box this morning. It may be a problem with your email address getting blocked by their spam engine (even though you got a reply...it happened to me the first time I ordered something...then when I used a different address, it worked in 24hours).
Good Luck, and your case doesn't seem to be the norm, even if they do generate the keys by hand and it's not just automated so you could do it 24hrs 7 days a week.

that period was pretty hectic and it's likely that you just got missed.
write a new mail to support. put "registration/purchase" in the title. write "hello, i ordered ___ on dec 20th and i've been waiting for keys. the order number is___, my card's serial number is ____. thanks ____"
that should fix the problem. you might even send from another email address if you have one, just reference the old email address if you do. Ralf is a good guy and he does want to do a good job, but since it's by hand and the number of messages is huge, every once in a while things get meesed up. normally, you shouldn't wait for more than a day or two. remember that we're at the weekend now.

I've set up an alt email and re-sent the information as suggested. Crossing fingers.
Thanks for the help guys,

I got a response from Ralf with the keys and got everything working.
They sent the original response on Dec 28 to my old email address, but I never received that email.
Problem resolved, thanks again,
Frank
