Ordering procedures

Post by nova express »

hi

I've just order some plug ins ( dynatube) in the sonic core website . They send me the bill . But no links to download the plugs ???
I'm an old user of creamware cards (since the first pulsar was released) . I was used to the old creamware shop but newbie to sonic core shop . in their FAQ the Ordering procedures is in dutch and i don't read dutch.

can someone explain the procedure to me ?
thanks a lot

Hi!

First, it might be in German (not dutch) if you haven't clicked the english (US Flag!?) icon on top. ;-)

Normally everything is downloadable from their FTP!
ftp://sonic-core.net/software/scope5/plugins/Softube/

Is this what you're looking for?

You can always email them at: support (at) soniccore.de otherwise, and they're pretty fast at responding!

Regards

try :
http://sonic-core.net/joomla.soniccore/ ... lt&lang=us

and click in the english flag .... see what happen . by the way yes it's german . my bad ... ;-)

beside that where is my register key ?? I find the procedure extremly bad explain if not at all ...
maybe i'm too in a hurry to play with the plug ? ;-)
i've email them from another email account ( not the one registered in their website ) . maybe it explain why I didn't got answers yet ?
I will check the right account after my dayjob ...

At first I believed to get the register key with the bill and it was not the case .

Its the payment part thats tricky, especially if you want to pay on a credit card not paypal. I have on occasion ordered a plug, got an invoice, then days later enquired to find out I didnt actually pay (I must have missed a mouse click somewhere).

When this happens, S|C will send an invoice but no plug link / key, so you wont know until you email them and they reply that they did not get any payment.

I believe if they improved the logic flow of the card vs paypal options at checkout it would clear up a lot of the confusion (and they'd improve sales turnover - who knows the sales lost because of this, eg users backing out because they think they are being forced down the paypal option in error when they really want to pay on card)

thanks a lot dante.

I've also paid with a credit card .

They seem really busy because last time (12/2009) I bought something from them they answer me really quickly .(within hour )
hope all is all right .. :)

Check your credit card and see if the payment has gone through.
