Ok Topaz !
Let me know one thing at least now:
Can you slave Pulsar (under SFP) to your 2nd PC via SPDIF ?

You must set Pulsar to slave, because this as with all digital devices must clock to the incomming signal (unless you have a signal going out of Pulsar too, in which case you can set the second PC to slave).

What ???
This must be a problem with your 2nd PC and its getting sync at 44.1 kHz ! What's your audio card in 2nd PC ?
For test (if you have) connect something other (CD, DAT or any digital source at 44.1) to Pulsar and slave it. MUST WORKS !!!
I dig that you are trying to help but once again I have 3.01 installed and the problem does not exist. the problem is in 3.1 only.
ie, if I run 3.01 there is no problem.
pulsar runs as master and all other dig gear gets it,s i/o clock from it. running pulsar as slave to pc2 would be no good anyway because then pc2 would have to on all the time. again pulsar is master .

You are using a PC, I presume and I use a Mac. But (as always) try to 'overinstall' the SFP and watch the results. Look, people here use also PCs and they have no such problem that leads me to think there is something wrong with yoiur system. Perhaps you forgot about something? I know, I know - now you become red on'ya face and say nnnnooooooo!!!! But stay cool and investigate everything from the begining. That's my not-too-wise tip. Or you'd better sleep for a while? How many hours did you sleep lately?
I'm not joking here.

yes done all that, what I need is some to test this, no more no less,.
if it works in 3.01 and not in 3.1 it must be a bug. untill someone does the test for more thats my final thought.
peace.
