v5 Keyfile...HELP - PROBLEM SOLVED

hey Scopers,

i have lost my v5 keyfile and scope support are saying that i was never registered for it.
Which is b**l Sh*t because ive had them send it to me before and i have been using scope 5 with Win 7.
ive had to reinstall my OS and lost a drive with data and the keyfile.

Does anyone know what else i can do?

Is there anyone out there kind enbough to send me their v5 keyfile??
i know this is a big ask, but scope support are completely useless and now im stuck with a scope card i cannot use.

Dont know what else i can do!!
i have had the PULSAR 1 card now for 8 years and now its sitting in my PC doing noth'n.......

do you have the V4 keyfile?
another V5 keyfile will not be of any use for you because the keys are tied to a specific HW number

Yeah I have a v4 and v4.5 key but it doesn't work on v5 software
I sent the key files to scope but they say I am still not registered for v5.... Don't get it when
they had sent it to me before?

Maybe you had a typo in the hardware serial in your e-mail.Try it again.If you had 4.5 they will give you the keys.

Have you sent them the v4.5 Keyfile if you send them v4 file you may have to upgrade to v5, I'm not sure so don't get too stressed about it, find out exactly what the problem is with the Keyfile you sent in the first place.

all correct...
if you have v4, you need to pay for the upgrade.
if you have v4.5, the upgrade is free.
on the S/C 5.0 page there is an email address to send your 4.5 keyfile to. the v5 keys are generated automatically from that. S/C has ALL the records for each card's serial number. even if YOU were not registered before, they would still send v5 keys to you, if you have a 4.5 keyfile...

thanks for the replies but i had already paid for v4.5 a couple of years ago so v5 should be a free upgrade.....

there's a mistake or misunderstanding somewhere. these things are not arbitrary. pm me and i'll try to help you.

it should be fine when already using 4.5,
just send allkeysfile, there's all information about your plugins installed with 4.5 version
and i had no problems registered all plugins which i was using in 4.5 version.
I was sending also information about purchasing 4.5 version.
