VDAT loading problem

Post by AudioPimp »

Hi all

I am getting some error messages when loading VDAT in the new v5 scope software with windows 7. Wondering if anyone has any answers or has experienced the same thing. I maintain three studio machines using Pulsar cards and these following messages appear on two of these machines.
I have tried the obvious things, re installing scope (including drivers), but to no avail.

Messages as follows....

1. Can't find DSP file VDAT Motion VxD - Please check installation
2. Can't find DSP file VDAT Recording VxD - Please check installation (twice)
3. Can't find DSP file 2nix VxD - Please check installation

In addition, when i load VRC-128 scope crashes.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Regards

Thanks for the speedy reply.
Based on your admin suggestion i have cured the VDAT error messages by running scope with administrator rights (right click on desktop icon etc).
However the VRC-128 still crashes Scope.
Any further in sights?
