i don't think you get many replies because you English is very poor, sorry. This is not meant as an insult just an explanation. It's difficult for anyone to know what you are trying to achieve - plus that diagram is quite complicated to look at.

Well I guess she (*i believe is a girl from the nickname ,could be wrong*)

want to get advices about a "home STUDIO" ( said "study") she have .

And how to connect /setup that hardware to the Scope system
So:
--The Big draw is the Hardware she (/he) uses .
--The .Rar file i think is the scope-software- screenshot , "relative" to the hardware she uses.
______-_____--

Since i don't have the scope installed from years (here to get advices in my own topic)
cant help further.

mmm, with tubetech, neve, uad, 3 stereo speakers, 2*32 i/o patchabays, 16 microphones (in tracking room? should be labelled "in studio room" i think or it is mic pres?) sounds more than a pro studio to me. or a very cool home studio :-)
But I don't think I can tell what is wrong if there is something wrong.
May be add patchbays in front of some A16 (or just reroute inside scope? )...

2 ZLinked A16U! You need THE motherboard to take that full "duplex" (with PCI boards). Or two computers!?

Hi Nunziata

Nice setup!

Think I see a mistake - Line A tracking room output 9 plugs into an output on A16 #1 (output 1). Output to output? Am I wrong?

The diagram would be easier to follow if the arrows (cables) pointed in the direction of the signal. For example, the Neve input has an arrow pointing to A16 #1 output 2/3 (suggesting neve input to A16 output) surely it would be easier to understand if you show the arrows pointing from A16 #1 output 2/3 to the neve input?

Also, I would plug the Neve into the A16 #1 using matching numbered I/O (to make it easier to remember) for example, Neve out to A16 #1 input 11/12 and then A16 #1 output 11/12 to Neve input (that way you know the neve uses channels 11/12 whether input or ouput). But thats just personal preference I guess. Hope that made sense?

@isistoy - what do you mean by THE motherboard? Im hoping to use 2 A16 via once I have another scope pro - figured it would just be a case of ensuring I have enough free PCI slots (and enough power from the PSU to power 2 pro cards)?

Cheers

life is Pretty much suck here with 1 apogee micpre/converter :P how do you work with 6 of them!!!
you have 2 spdif means you have 2 scope pro/project cards.
line A, line B means patchbay? do you really need them? maybe avoid some cables.. go straight...
whats your scope/pc setup?
thanks

First, I did not see Xite has 2 zlink... My mistake. So, more xitement with more hardware channels  .

Well, I mean (with pci boards) that 16 in/out in full duplex via zlink will drain PCI bandwidth and you'd better get A motherboard that handle things with PCI.

That does not mean it's not working properly, but was just meant to remember, if needed, that the motherboard is central. Well, everybody spotted that already here, I suppose...
Hence the other 2xComputer possible way when with PCI.

now this is the current configuration, and I must say that it works well ...
only that I would make better use two reverbs, possibly using the auxiliary outputs, in order to put the effect on channel ... while wired with the asio asio source and dest, I can only use it as an insert in cubase (so only once and on one track) I think we can do better ---
What do you think? '
It is true the plot is a bit 'confused but only for convenience' numbering, 8 still missing other channels that do not currently use --
Thanks

Sei italiana o italiano ?

Che molto italiani qui... possono aiutarti...
Io, non parlo abbastanza bene italiano. E gia difficile in inglese !

Quale materiale da SC possiedi ? Xite ?
Quale e il tuo problemo ?

To use a reverb in Cubase, you just have to set an asio channel with a reverb in scope and assign the cubase channel aux to this asio channel.
