Probably need ome more info for people to help - like are you getting error messages? Is the installer stopping part way through?

Try this solution in the meantime:

Oh, are you trying to use XTC mode? There are two operating modes for Scope. The default is the Scope window where you do you sound creation in Scope, using Cubase as a sequencer/recorder. This is how i work. If you want to use plugins within Cubase like VST instruments you need to use XTC mode. i have never used XTC, so if this is what you want to use i'll let an XTC user dive in as i will not be able to help you.

Because I am new to Pulsar I´m not familiar with the different ways.
Can you explaine more about your "soundcreation" setup.
To start with I just want it to work.

Try loading the project i've included. If that doesn't work (i'm on Scope 5) try this:

In the Live Bar select Set>RoutingWindow - this should display your basic project window. For audio drag the following modules into this window:
Hardware IOs>Pulsar2>Analog Dest
Analog Dest feeds your main analogue stereo out jacks on the Pulsar 2 and i use these for monitoring.
Mixer>STM 2448
Connect the master stereo out of this mixer to Analog Dest.
Software IOs>ASIO2-32 Source64
Double-click on this and raise the number of Source Channels to say 32 (this will you give you 16 stereo outputs from Cubase).
Connect the outputs of this Asio Source module to the STM mixer. You can change the inputs on the STM to stereo to make things simpler. Check the manual on how to do this.

Now if you have some audio tracks in Cubase already then instead of using the Cubase mixer route the tracks to individual busses. You may need to activate the busses. Each buss will appear in Scope as one of the ASIO sources. You should be able to hear something. Double click on the mixer to see the meters to confirm. In all instances make sure you have the Scope project set-up first before launching Cubase, otherwise Cubase will not see the busses and will give error messages if you change the amount of ASIO channels whilst Cubase is open.

For MIDI drag the following modules into the project:
Midi>Sequencer Remote
Synths>Prisma (or whichever synth you prefer)

Connect the Sequencer Remote to the synth. In Cubase select the Creamware MIDI 1 (or whatever it's called) and you should be in control of the synth. To confirm go back to the Scope project window, double click on Prisma module and the interface will open. A MIDI LED will light up when you play. To hear what you're doing just connect the outputs of the synth to the STM mixer.

i realise this sounds complicated but once you get it, it will be fine. You can use XTC mode which has spme advantages (Cubase integration), but introduces some other problems (lack of routing flexibilty of Scope window, latency).
