Open Scope 4 project in Scope 5?
Has anyone tried opening a .pro file made in Scope 4 from within Scope 5? Does it work?

As long as all the modules you use in V4.x work in V4.5, then they will run in V5.
I've opened older V4 projects using the older mixers and effects in V5 with no problems.
You CAN install V5 separate from V4 and test it yourself.

Most of my 4.5 projects open in v5, only a few exceptions.
I used to have the "meterbridge" device on my startup project in 4.5, to check the connections and input levels, and it often stayed in the project until the end (little DSP usage). When opening those projects in v5, I couldn't get the software to accept the v.5 keys for the meterbridge, and that would prevent them from loading. What I did was remove the meterbridge.dev file from the Scope PCI devices folder, and that seemed to solve it.
Of course, I still cannot use the meterbridge device in v5, and also a few other devices (like the SSB modulators) don't accept the keyfile, but these seem to be very few.
Modular Patches, Flexor, SpaceF mixers and Blackbox, Bowen and Zarg synths, Celmo's delays, and DAS compressors and reverbs all work fine here.
