Most improvements seem to be for the use in the classic mode. But what if you have a Pulsar XTC or use a Pulsar II in XTC mode? Have the ASIO drivers been improved? Is it possible now to use Cubase's export audio function instead of making a realtime mixdown?
I really doubt there will ever be a way to use Cubase's mixdown due to the way the DSPs work (just like you can't do a Cubase Mixdown using your Novation SuperNova or your Sequential Prophet 5).
I never had any problems with the ASIO driver, the way XTC mode works there will always be ASIO latency which you can get as low as 3ms on a nice fast machine.
BTW this is all my opinion. I am sometimes wrong.
As for what SFP will bring to XTC mode, you will have to wait and see what comes, Creamware doesn't generally reply here.

Pulsar XTC will use the same SFP software as all other Creamware products. So yes, it will run in XP. (Not that I think there's much "running" involved when it comes to XTC-mode in general )
