Check the modules you have loaded when you're trying to do 96khz.
And seriously, who uses 96khz but does 16bit? Looks like we should get some 24/44.1 24/48 & 24/96 results in there...

Sorry, I haven't been precise enough: I crashes while using 16/24 bit 44.1kHz. And while it is only a software which connects to the Software I/O modules, I don't know, how the other modules should have an effect. But maybe I'll have to try it again...
