Does this mean that Solaris 5 is ready for shipment? I've been talking to John B on an earlier occasion regarding availability of my solaris 5 upgrade, and the answer was that it would be available when the Scope 5 was available.

Nice to see Solaris 5.0 is ready. No mention of an upgrade from previous versions, but I assume that we'll hear about this from John soon enough....

Also, from the screenshots, it looks like the Orion Custom,DarkStar and the Ambient have had facelifts, and have been badged as SC-Edition. No mention of different functionality, but I do prefer the look of the new versions, particularly the Orion and Ambient.

yes, but the M'M cost a lot, and one could have most of the devices included (for exapmle, i have, optimaster, psyQ and i'm not interested in vocodizer, interpole, VDAT...

by the way, it's also impossible to buy each of the elements of the m'm pack by itself....

you can get it much cheaper if you just buy the upgrade for scope 4.5 for 198,- and choose M&M pack ( provided your card is >= 6dsp ). not only you get the M&M pack for a price vinco costed before (standalone!) but you are also entitled to get scope5 for free when it's released. think about it...!

(if you have a 15dsp card, you get the S&S pack too )
