Loading Cubase SX 3 Files Into Cubase 4

I noticed that Steinberg released a version 3 which will work with the Cubase 4 license but it failed to install on my computer. The purpose is to convert old songs to Cubase 4 format. I'm thinking about partitioning my hard drive to install windows XP on another partition and try it on that or if that doesn't work, install a cracked version of Cubase 3 on that partition. Does anyone know of an easier way? I did a whole album on Cubase 3. I might add that it really sucks that you can't import the old files into Cubase 4. They contend that Cubase 4 is just so different but they could have found a way to do it or make a utility for it built in! Anything is possible in software. When a company tells you they can't do something, that is just a lie.

That's the Steinberg way ... they did it with VST to SX where some parts of the song were not imported!
