IRQ conflict problem... please help!

good morning everyone!
i have some problems with my pulsar and im hoping someone could help me fix it?
the problem is that me card is conflicting with the sata driver.
i tried several thing and nothing worked, i deleted the drivers and reinstalled them but it didn't help,I tried to update my bios so i could control the IRQ assigment but my bios does not support it.
i cannot change the PCI slot of the card becose i only have 2 slots and the card does not fit to the second slot.

motherboard- intel desktop board DG33BU
pulsar 2 -scope v 4.5

I can't change anything in my lousy motherboard...

Can you think of another way to solve the problem?

stardust is right, start by disabling the USB controller that is sharing IRQ21.

i doubt that the SATA controllers will be a problem. why can't you swap slots? are there other cards?

No but there are only 2 slots like i sad, and under the second slot thers the the DVD drive cable slot, and the pulsar cant be inserted there becose it's bloking the way.

Yes i did.
do you think that from all the three devices the usb is the only that conflicts with the pulsar?

well, in my experience sata controllers usually don't cause problems. what are your symptoms exactly and have they improved?

my computer was crushing (blue screen) everytime i started the cubase and now it's not so...
